I prefer Maryland over SC.

I think the professors are better or maybe because being a junior puts me less in contact with stupid TA'S than I was in the past.

One thing, my gpa starts all over again, little maddening as I had a decent gpa.


Superbowl Sunday at Anthony's and Joey's.

It's like spring here, almost like SC. I have been able to run outside all winter.

The old toyota is on it's last leg so I'm looking for a car this spring. Now I just need to find a job.

Any suggestions?

Transferring to U of MD in January.

Just thought I'd let you all know seeing that Jen wrote a complaining post tonight.

I'll get into it all later but after two full years and this half year left, despite track, I am just not made for the southern life. Any place above the MD line will do but it's U of MD and I already know where I am living.

Maybe a long explanation to come.

Just finished the world series and need to study.

I'm here at school all settled in and training. It is not much warmer here that it was in Maryland the last week I was home.
I an glad to be back as frankly this summer sucked for me and I was looking forward to getting back almost the minute I returned home.

Humid as hell out and it has been storming all night.
I'm going back to school in three weeks so I am taking a break , heading to OC this week for a few days and then to the Outer Banks, then home and then back to school to start training.
I can't wait to go back, except for the heat.

The beach should be cool I'll fill ya in later.

Went out with Julia a couple times this week, to the movies and to dinner last night.

Fun but the sparks are gone we are both just bored.

Federa just won his third Wimbledon.
I'm doing nothing today but sleeping and running.

Saw Batman last night, it was a probably the best Batman movie since the first one.
The family is having a large gathering this afternoon, bunch of people here to eat and swim and have a relaxing if not boring afternoon. My cousins are up from North Carolina for the week so I will be entertaining them.
I'm starting to pack to go back to school already, just to keep things organized.

This summer has been boring so far and I have seen , on a regualrl basis only three people.

I can't wait to get back to school.

OC was great, went to Secrets, that place is awesome.
We never did hook up with G. He has some kind of secret life and we couldn't get with him.
Two friends from the track team are coming up next week and I promised them we would do DC. Pray that it, at least, is only in the mid eighties next week. DC is a bitch when it is ninety or above.
That's it for now, I am gonna try to golf this afternoon after that this weekend will be too hot.

No one is around most of the time. ;(

I could have sworn I posted to this thing within the last month. I think when I post comments they get so long they take the place of posts.

Working at the golf club here and that is working out ok. I go back to school early due to track so I am not going to bust my balls this summer. I will be back in SC arond the fisrt of August and that does not give me a whole lot of time.
Going with my family to California to visit my cousins for a couple of weeks, not until the end of June though.
Hanging with John later tonight. I just got in from work and need to run five and then eat so for now all that stuff I thought I posted will have to wait.

I know it's not all metropolitian at least not where I am but I will miss school and I have a couple of people I will really miss as well.
If anyone cares to know about my personal life they can ask me otherwise I may or may not post it here.
I never do because I do not have a way with words and it sounds stupid. I can't make it sound funny or serious like cooper or G or even just borderline stupid insane like dane so I just feel like sayin nothing. The other thing is I don't even know who to allow to read it. I am thinking on that.
Some people here are downright bitchy and I know that there are people that still read these threads that don't have journals they just like to read other peoples shit.

i am in a better place then i was the last time i posted.

This whole last few weeks is suckin big time.
I have to talk in front of people today and that is not something I want to do. It is for the stupidest elective class too and I am not even going to bother going into it.
Good news is, I got to sleep in this morning, track is excellent this spring but having no time for anything really sucks.
If I could express myself in writing I would write more but I can't so I won't.
I am happy here , just not this week.

Today was not so great.

Ha- 3.3 first term bringing up a 2.0 slightly. This term I am going to rock a 3.5 and slowly but surely will get up to the 3.5 I will need at graduation.
Superbowl Sunday was pretty cool we partied at a place called "see sures" . I could have cared less who won not caring for either team one way or the other but fun was had by all.
I liked the comomercial where the service people were coming into the airport and everyone was applauding that and the guy with the cat in the kitchen.

I am extrememly busy as you can see by the slow increse of the GPA over time.
I know I will probably never see anyone again or at least that is the way it feels. Last summer I saw a few people a few times but people all seem to be getting new lives. I want to stay in touch but in some ways I don't care.
It seems the kids that stayed in Maryland are more connected then the kids that went away and I am the later it is normal for me to feel disconnected.
But I am here so if you need me yell.

What is everyone's schedule for Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday.

I am a Republican i thought Cheney did well. Edwards did well as well. I don't know I don't really look at the issues overall and maybe I should.

Track is going great, grades are ok and life is good . No real romantic life things seem to go south real fast there.

Busy

We have had more rain than we need.
I am not happy. I have to run in it .

Track is keeping me busy but unlike last year I am finding it easier to keep up my work and run at the same time.

Did anyone catch the stuff in the Fred Post about that motorcycle accident? You can read it online but my mother is sending me the articles. Man that bites. Someone is screwed though.

I have no sex life in case anyone is interested. I guess this is good as I run faster that way. It is bad because I want a sex life.

We are expecting some horrendous rains I hear. I don't think that will stop my training.
I have been here a month and in comparison to most of the people that post here I feel that I am working harder.
I have not been to a decent party , until last night, all year. Granted the year is young.

Second year is definitely more relaxed and in some ways organized. I have more time to enjoy the beautiful girls that seem to be in abundance this year on campus. I didn't notice them last year. Granted some are not that bright but what can you do, eye candy is always nice no matter if it is fleeting.
My roommate does not seem to be as much of a slob this year or I have become more of one. We have more room this year which may be part of the reson for this illision.
I am developing a fondness for winecoolers,which is someway gay but with the hot humid weather down here I think it is just a passing phase.
I think my GPA is already significantly higher and I feel like my new life is established.
